These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Turfease User App, Turfease Manager App, website and related services provided by Starweave Technologies.
By accessing or using Turfease, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
Turfease provides a digital platform that allows users to discover, book and manage sports venues. Turf owners may use Turfease Manager to manage venue operations and bookings.
Users must provide accurate information during registration. Mobile numbers used for OTP verification must belong to the user creating the account.
Booking confirmation is generated only after successful payment and slot availability verification.
Cancellation eligibility depends on the cancellation policy defined by the turf owner. Some bookings may be non-refundable.
Turfease may allow rescheduling based on venue rules and slot availability. Rescheduling requests may be limited or unavailable for certain bookings.
Eligible refunds will be processed according to the venue's refund policy and applicable payment provider timelines.
If Turfease introduces wallet balances, promotional credits or rewards, such balances may be subject to expiration dates, usage restrictions and non-transferability.
Coupons, discounts and promotional offers may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
Turf owners are responsible for maintaining accurate venue information, pricing, schedules, facilities and availability.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Turfease does not guarantee uninterrupted payment processing services.
Users must not engage in fraudulent bookings, unauthorized access attempts, misuse of promotional offers, abusive behavior or activities that interfere with platform operations.
All platform content, trademarks, logos, software, designs and branding associated with Turfease remain the property of Starweave Technologies or their respective owners.
Turfease acts as a technology platform connecting users and venue operators. Venue quality, facility conditions and operational decisions remain the responsibility of the respective venue.
Turfease reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
